Meal replacement shakes


I was never a fan of replacing meals, especially dinner with liquids. But yesterday, I came across Slim Fast smoothies. The cute bottles come in delicious flavours like mango, strawberry and banana and are only 200 calories. They are packed with nutrition. One of those and a liter of water and I was full. No need to eat anything. Plan to do this about 3x / week

  1. I can't seem to come across the smoothie on any websites. Maybe its only available in the UK. Any other suggestions for meal replacers?

    PS. Mummy is making puri and am ras tonight because we're inviting friends for dinner. I guess that's one meal I won't be replacing. hahaha.

  2. LOL...true...I wouldn't trade Puri and Ras for any lame shake.

    One yummy replacement is taking a small cup of yoghurt (the one made for kids)and adding a scoop of protein powder, some flax seeds (Omega 3 mmmmm) and soy milk. Deee-leee-cee-us
